The Conservation Officers of Pennsylvania Association (COPA) was organized to promote professionalism and fraternalism among the Commonwealth's Waterways and Wildlife Conservation Officers, and to continue, and enhance, the spirit of understanding and cooperation that exists between our officers and the public.
COPA is affiliated with the North American Wildlife Enforcement Officers Association (NAWEOA), an international association for conservation professionals.
All Pennsylvania state conservation officers, regardless of rank or title, salaried or part time, who are in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or have officially served and are retired, are eligible for regular membership in the Association.
